ARFC Featured as Panelist at Philanthropic Conference
on China
November 7, San Francisco | November 9, New York |
November 10, Chicago
ARFC was a featured panelist at a three-day conference
on China's philanthropy, discussing issues concerning
AIDS, environment, women, rural development,
minorities, trade and cross-border funding. This
conference was initiated by Grantmakers Without
Borders and took place in San Francisco on Nov. 7; New
York on Nov. 9; and Chicago on Nov. 11.
ARFC was recognized by many professional colleagues as
exemplary for building trust with grantees. We were
also acknowledged as a good model for small grants
funders. Our recent short film production, "Sentinels
of Henan," was shown at the conference as well.
